  1. 6 of i Half a dozen of the other. They are the same group of company. One has server base in india and the other in the USA. one focuses on domain registration the other focus on hosting. Resellerclub now does a good quality hosting service which means that hostgator is competing with itself. Godaddy is only the biggest because of their aquisitions, dada group (namesco/names.co.uk etc.) only grew because of aquisitions, this business is relying heavily on new domain TTDs to generate new income and interest as most decent .com, .co.uk etc are all gone. don’t believe the hype.
